Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused locks and hardware in their original retail packaging, ensuring all keys, mounting hardware, and instruction manuals are included.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of your box and ship the package via a trackable carrier to our designated returns processing center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the items are in resalable condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
